• Adobe Advertising Cloud (ADO): o Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels (search, display, social, etc.) using ADO. o Implement and monitor campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. o Develop and maintain campaign tracking and reporting dashboards. o Stay up-to-date with ADO features and best practices. • Adobe Customer Data Platform (CDP): o Implement and manage the Adobe CDP to unify customer data from various sources. o Develop and maintain audience segments for targeted marketing campaigns. o Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations. o Utilize CDP insights to personalize customer experiences and drive engagement. • Adobe Workfront: o Administer and optimize Workfront for marketing project management. o Develop and implement workflows, templates, and processes to improve team efficiency. o Provide training and support to users on Workfront functionality. o Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives. o Integrate Workfront with other adobe products. • General Marketing Technology: o Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to integrate marketing technologies and data. o Develop and maintain documentation for marketing technology processes and procedures. o Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Adobe ecosystem. o Stay informed about emerging marketing technology trends and best practices. o Data analysis and reporting. o Support marketing automation efforts.
