Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to fill various positions within the company. You will also help improve and implement effective recruitment strategies that attract high-quality talent. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing and shortlisting candidates Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants Support onboarding and maintain HR records Help organize HR activities and internal events Draft job posts and assist with HR communication Preferred Candidate Profile: Pursuing or recently completed a degree or related field Must have own laptop Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) Willingness to learn and work in a team Interest in HR and recruitment processes Must: Must have own Laptop Required 06-3 yrs experience in HR Must have graduation degree The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Fraser Road Area, Patna, Bihar (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
