This position involves handling recruitment, employee relations, office administration, and compliance with company policies. ** Key Responsibilities :** - **HR Functions:** Recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and training. - **Administrative Duties:** Office management, vendor coordination, documentation, and compliance handling. - **Policy Implementation:** Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws. - **Employee Support:** Address grievances, maintain employee records, and foster a positive work environment. - **Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities to enhance HR and administrative efficiency. ** Essential HR Skills :** 1. **Recruitment & Talent Acquisition** – Ability to source, interview, and hire suitable candidates. 2. **Employee Relations** – Strong interpersonal skills to manage employee concerns and engagement. 3. **Performance Management** – Knowledge of appraisal systems and employee development strategies. 4. **HR Compliance** – Understanding of labor laws and company policies. ** Essential Admin Skills :** 1. **Office Management** – Efficient handling of office supplies, maintenance, and workspace organization. 2. **Vendor Coordination** – Managing external service providers and procurement processes. 3. **Documentation & Record Keeping** – Maintaining employee files and administrative records. 4. **Event Planning** – Organizing company meetings, conferences, and employee engagement activities. 5. **Time Management** – Ability to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.
