Roles and Responsibilities Handle escalated issues from other teams and resolve them efficiently. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer queries and concerns. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. 1-4 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international voice process. Experience as a relevant customer service executive in a premium contact centre is mandatory. Excellent communication skills in English language; strong verbal and written communication abilities required. Ability to work under pressure; high stress tolerance necessary for this role. Skill Set required: Problem Solving, customer service mindset, ownership, and conflict resolution skill Flexible to work in all the shifts (Should be willing to work for the customer without having constraints to timings/shifts).
