Job Description

Role & responsibilities Full stack Java 5+ years of professional experience in Java development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or technical lead role. Proven experience in leading development teams and managing projects. Strong experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Java EE. Technical Skills: Expertise in Java and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, JPA). Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.). Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM tools. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with modern tools like Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders at all levels. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make complex technical decisions. Ability to handle multiple priorities and lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
