Job Title: Sr Representative ID & Profile Management (TCF) Job Description . Role and Key Responsibilities: This profile supports Client ID creation, deactivation & profile changes in Client tools and UDM. This position is responsible for Obtaining, Distributing, Profiling Agent IDs in UDM/IEX and tracking Client IDs of Concentrix employees per Contractual Obligations with Clients. Maintain the database accurately which is used to indicate Concentrix hierarchy, for feedback and tracking purposes. ID/User profile Modification in Client tools & UDM. ID/User profile Deactivation in Client tools & UDM. ID/User profile Creation in Avaya One-X tool. Client ID Password resets. Client ID Renewals & Contract Extension. Key skills & knowledge: BPO experience is preferred. Knowledge of IEX and UDM tools shall be an added advantage. ID/User profile Creation in Client tools & UDM. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in MS Office Applications. Ability to multi-task and meet timelines of deliverables. Detail-Oriented. Flexible to work in a 24/7 Shift environment. ITIL Knowledge shall be an an added advantage.
