Job Title: Frontend Engineer Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Frontend Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-performance, scalable web applications. You will work on reusable UI components, improve performance, and collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on solving challenging UI problems using modern frontend technologies. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, test, and deploy scalable and reusable frontend applications that handle large datasets. Develop custom Web Components to be used across various applications. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers. Stay up to date with frontend innovations and actively share knowledge with the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, backend, and product to align technical solutions with business goals. Required Qualifications Around 5 years of hands-on experience with JavaScript (ES6+). Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development standards. Experience working with frontend build tools and modern JavaScript frameworks. Strong grasp of UI/UX principles and a keen eye for clean design. Proven ability to write maintainable, high-quality code. Preferred Skills Experience working with Web Components, Lit, or similar technologies. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS. Exposure to Python development is a plus. Strong understanding of performance optimization and accessibility best practices. Experience mentoring and supporting less-experienced engineers.
