Job Description

Analyze project specifications, tender documents, and electrical drawings to prepare cost estimates. Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material take-offs. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing and delivery terms. Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and scope of work. Evaluate labor, material, and time requirements to determine project costs. Identify risks and opportunities in the estimation process. Support the project team during the bidding and negotiation phases. Assist in preparing tender documents, technical submissions, and bid clarifications. Collaborate with design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure accurate cost projections. Maintain a cost database of materials, equipment, and labor. Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and pricing standards. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
