Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage day-to-day electrical work on the site, including installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems. Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, and other site personnel to execute work efficiently. Monitor manpower and material usage on site and report any issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager. Identify and resolve on-site technical issues related to electrical installations. Conduct routine site inspections and maintain work quality at all times. Maintain documentation such as daily progress reports, inspection logs, and safety records. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, health and safety regulations, and company policies. Assist in commissioning activities and support project handover procedures. Skills & Qualifications: Diploma /B.E. in Electrical Engineering. 6 years of experience in site supervision of electrical works. Sound knowledge of electrical systems including LV/HV, wiring, panels, and lighting. Understanding of drawings and electrical schematics. Familiarity with electrical safety protocols and standards. Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
