Issue Resolution : Investigate and resolve customer complaints, concerns, or issues in a timely and effective manner. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex problems. Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Product Knowledge : Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and competitors to better assist customers. Communication Skills : Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and internal teams. Clearly articulate solutions and instructions to customers. Team Collaboration : Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve overall customer experience. Provide feedback to the team and contribute to ongoing process improvement. Documentation : Document and maintain customer records with accurate information.
