Job Overview: As a Customer Success Advisor, your role will involve engaging with customers, resolving challenges, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve their overall experience and satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: Contacting customers and partners to ensure timely renewals. Tracking and managing renewal contracts. Preparing renewal quotes. Reporting on the progress of renewal contracts. Communicating the value of products to current customers. Identifying opportunities to upsell or expand accounts. Requirements: Any Bachelor's Degree. Proven experience 2+ years in B2B sales. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Proficient in CRM tools. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Experience in managing a renewal pipeline and achieving set targets.
