Job Description

Education: - Graduate/Post Graduate (Preferred MBA or M. Com) 10+ years of experience in Cus service, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Experience in telecom or manufacturing industry is highly desirable. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Relationship & Experience Management Lead, mentor, and manage a team of customer service professionals to ensure high performance and engagement Act as a senior point of escalation for resolving critical service issues. Build and maintain strong relationships with key. 2. Team Leadership & Development Lead and mentor a multi-location customer service team Conduct regular training and performance reviews to build service excellence culture. 3. Customer Feedback & Retention • Collect and analyse customer feedback (direct and via surveys). • Initiate corrective/preventive actions to improve service quality and customer loyalty. 4. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership 5 . Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with Production, Quality, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless customer support and issue resolution.
