Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat, . Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Maintain customer records by updating account information. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
