Job Description

Client Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are being met and to identify opportunities for service improvement. Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve client complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client concerns effectively. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations. Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to understand their satisfaction levels and areas for improvement. Report feedback to management and work with relevant departments to implement necessary changes. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions. Prepare regular reports on client feedback, issues, and resolutions for management review. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies.
