Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, or turning. The ideal candidate should have mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to produce high-precision parts. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders. Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment and tooling. Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions or deviations from tolerances. Inspect finished products using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure quality standards are met. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and work area. Make minor program edits and adjustments as needed to maintain quality. Document production logs and inspection records accurately. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
