• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. • Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the companys products or services. • Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders. • Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions. • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. • Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives. • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines. • Keep records of sales, revenue. • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Exhibitions: • Plan and coordinate all aspects of exhibitions and trade shows. • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions. • Develop and maintain timelines and schedules. • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors. • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to promote the exhibition. • Oversee the setup and teardown of exhibition booths. • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. • Conduct post-event evaluations and provide feedback. • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors. • Create and distribute promotional materials. • Coordinate with graphic designers for booth design and layout. • Monitor and report on exhibition performance metrics. • Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during the event. • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. • Maintain accurate records and documentation. • Develop and implement contingency plans. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. • Any other Job Responsibility assign by management.
