As we expand our horizons, we’re seeking a passionate Business Development Associate to join our Institutional Business team. What is Institutional Fabric Business? The institutional fabric business involves supplying high-quality, customized fabrics to institutions —such as garment exporters, buying offices, uniform makers, corporate clothing brands, hotels, hospitals, and other bulk consumers. Unlike traditional retail or small-lot sales, this segment requires an understanding of larger volume requirements, specialized fabric qualities, stringent quality standards, and long-term relationship building. At Pranera Textiles, we are dedicated to meeting the precise needs of these institutional clients, ensuring that every order meets their exacting standards and timelines. Role Overview As a Business Development Associate for Institutional Business, you will be instrumental in identifying new opportunities, forging strong relationships with key decision-makers, and driving the growth of our institutional segment. A key focus area for this role will be to identify uniform manufacturers across India (or in your assigned regions) and promote our modern performance knitted fabrics designed specifically for uniforms and institutional applications. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new institutional business opportunities Specifically target uniform manufacturers across India (or in your assigned regions) to promote our modern performance knitted fabrics Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in institutions, garment exporters, buying offices, and uniform makers Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that highlight the benefits of Pranera’s modern performance knitted fabrics for uniforms and other institutional uses Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of orders Analyze market trends and customer needs to shape effective business strategies Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report progress to the management team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Textile Technology, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in institutional or B2B sales, preferably in textiles or fabrics Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a proactive team player What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with a leading textile manufacturer Dynamic and collaborative work environment Career growth and skill development opportunities Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹10,194.84 - ₹36,224.51 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 13/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 25/06/2025
