An excellent opportunity for a BA - P&C Insurance with 8+ years of experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, documentation (BRD, FSD), and insurance operations. Location - Bangalore/Pune/Gurgaon/Noida. Responsibilities - Collect and analyze business requirements across P&C insurance processes. Define and validate the "To-Be" state of business solutions. Perform gap analysis and detailed system/process mapping. Prioritize and manage MVPs and other non-technical aspects of requirements. Create business documentation: PRD, BRD, FSD, data mapping, and solution overviews. Requirements - 8+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the insurance domain. Proven experience in: P&C insurance operations (Risk, Underwriting, Policy Admin, Claims, Actuarial). Business documentation: BRD, FSD, PRD. Data mapping, gap analysis, and solution wireframing.
