Job Description

Description We are seeking a skilled Big Data Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and maintaining big data infrastructures and will be responsible for designing and implementing robust data processing systems. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data processing systems and pipelines. Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions. Optimize existing data processes for performance and efficiency. Implement data security and compliance measures in accordance with industry standards. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in big data. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 6-10 years of experience in big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Scala, or Python. Experience with data warehousing solutions and ETL processes. Strong understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and data governance principles. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
