This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants to work closely with leadership, take ownership of real projects, and make an impact from Day 1. What You'll Do Work directly with the COO and leadership team to drive key initiatives across the company. Own and execute projects end-to-end – from planning to tracking progress to final delivery. Collaborate with different teams – product, ops, marketing, tech – to make sure everyone’s aligned. Bring structure to chaos. Help streamline processes and identify areas to improve. Prepare presentations, reports, and insights for decision-making. Be the go-to person for “let’s-get-it-done” tasks. What We’re Looking For Engineering graduates from a top college in India (IITs, NITs, BITS, IIITs or similar). 0–2 years of experience (we're open to freshers too – attitude > experience). Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking – you’re comfortable with ambiguity. Self-starter: you don’t wait for instructions, you figure things out. Good communication skills – you can write, present, and explain things clearly. Bonus if you’ve worked on college projects, startups, internships, or anything you’ve taken initiative on.
