Roles & Responsibilities Coordinating between Onshore & Offshore team Strong customer service approach to dealing with people at all levels internal and external Provide World Class Client Service Engaged in handling calls of enterprises & different business units (Internal & External in US) Maintaining a daily report and communicating with our US clients on a regular basis. Creating functional requirements and data mapping specification for projects Requirements Excellent oral and written communication skills in English Proficient in writing emails Problem-solving aptitude Attention to details and ability to analyze and interpret data Able to work on Google Doc and G-Sheets Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
