Job Description

Hiring Manager Architect based in Bangalore for their high-rise residential and commercial projects. B.Arch is Mandatory for this position. Roles and Responsibilities: Check and comment on all drawings received from consultants/ inhouse team and co-ordinate to get error free drawings. Co-ordinate between various inhouse department and provide necessary drawings/documents. Draft schemes for feasibility study/areas and assist reporting manager on the same. Parallel check on Architects design scheme. Documentation on departmental procedures and checklists. Prepare MOM and conduct Design review meetings. Maintain project files and folders time to time. Regular Site inspection and ensuring details are followed at site as per GFC drawings. Assist reporting manager Design in all areas of Design department and co-ordination. Prepare presentations for design department for monthly progress on projects. Responsibility for interior layouts, inhouse schemes, designs, areas, etc. to be prepared within given timelines. Site team, PMC team, vendor co-ordination to be taken up time to time. Ensure timelines are maintained by all stakeholders towards achieving company goals. Setting up standard details for office use. Support design head in all day-to-day work needs based on priority set. Coordination with in-house landscape team and interior team to account desired product. Prepare area statements, and ensure that concept is always meeting GFC end in a project.
