This role involves a combination of team management and field sales activities, focusing on recruiting, training, and managing performance while directly engaging with clients in the field. Key Responsibilities Team Recruitment & Management: Recruit, train, and onboard new agency advisors. Provide ongoing coaching and performance management to maximize team productivity. Field Sales Engagement Actively participate in field sales activities, including client meetings and presentations. Identify potential clients and develop relationships to drive sales growth. Sales Strategy Development Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Performance Monitoring Monitor and evaluate the performance of agency advisors. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to improve outcomes. Relationship Management Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Act as a liaison between the agency team and company management. Compliance & Reporting Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and team activities for management review. Market Development Identify potential markets and develop strategies to penetrate new segments. Organize promotional activities and events to enhance brand visibility. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field. Proven experience in field sales and team management, preferably in the insurance sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with insurance products and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
