Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the educational and career aspirations of prospective students and provide detailed information about UG/PG courses. Offer personalized guidance and recommendations based on individual student profiles and address student queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Guide students through the application and enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience. Achieve enrollment targets by effectively communicating the value of our educational offerings. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in online learning. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 0-2 years of experience in selling UG/PG courses (fresh graduates with relevant skills are welcome). Exceptional negotiation and strong communication skills. Proven ability to negotiate and close deals. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving EdTech environment.
