Job Title: Garment Warehouse Manager Location: Mansarover jaipur Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in garment warehouse operations Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Garment Warehouse Manager to take full charge of warehouse and production operations. This role demands leadership in overseeing inventory management, production flow, employee supervision, administrative record-keeping, and complete facility maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in garment industry logistics and a keen eye for operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching garments Oversee the complete garment production workflow and ensure on-time deliveries with quality standards Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse and production staff, fostering a high-performance work culture Maintain accurate records of employees’ attendance, performance, and responsibilities Manage the full cycle of inventory, ensuring proper stock levels and minimizing wastage or loss Conduct regular audits and generate inventory reports for management review Monitor and manage the upkeep and maintenance of the entire warehouse facility, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards Develop and implement process improvements for operational efficiency and cost control Liaise with other departments including logistics, procurement, and quality control to ensure smooth workflows Key Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing a garment warehouse Strong leadership and communication skills with hands-on team management experience Proficiency in warehouse and inventory management software Knowledge of garment production processes and quality standards Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to handle high-pressure environments and solve problems proactively Preferred: Certification or training in warehouse or production management Familiarity with compliance and safety standards in garment manufacturing Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Health insurance Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
