Required Information Details 1 Role BMC TrueSight Developer 2 Required Technical Skill Set BMC TrueSight Suite (TSIM, TSOM, TSPS, Patrol) Desired Experience Range Minimum 5 years' experience in development Location of Requirement -Pune Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have 1. BMC TrueSight configuration and administration 2. Event Management and Montoring configuration 3. Support for for TrueSight integrations 4. ITIL knowledge Good-to-Have 1. Remedy Experience 2. TrueSight (mrl) alert handling development 3. Application Monitoring tools (e.g. TrueSight Synthetic, Application Dynamics,New Relic,DataDog) 4. Automation tools (e.g. TrueSight Orchestration) 5. Server support knowledge Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 L2 and L3 Break/fix Support and service request configurations 2 Custom development integrations and event handling 3 Integration Support - SNMP, email, msend, APIs 4 Pactching and Lifecycle upgrades
