Company Description Holiday Square, the travel vertical of Aspire Square Group of Companies, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling domestic and international travel inquiries and bookings while delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Attend inbound calls, emails, and walk-ins for travel inquiries. Design customized travel packages for domestic & international destinations. Handle bookings through travel portals and vendor platforms. Manage end-to-end travel services including: - Flight bookings - Hotel accommodations - Transfers - Forex arrangements - Travel insurance Ensure smooth coordination with vendors and clients for timely service delivery. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, visa policies, and destination-specific requirements. Requirements: 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in a travel agency or tour operations. Proficient in using booking portals and travel management systems. Strong communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
