Designation: Tele Sales Specialist – Education Domain (Admissions) Location: Univo, Amity University Campus, Sector 125, Noida Working Days: 6 Days Timings: 9 AM – 6 PM Experience Required: 6 months to 5 years in Sales / Inside Sales Salary Range: ₹4 - ₹6 LPA + Incentives Industry Background: Open to all; BFSI/High Ticket Sales preferred (Avg. ticket size: ₹5Lakhs) Join Our Sales Force Driving India's Future Through Education! What You’ll Be Doing: Drive B2C inside sales by converting high-quality leads into admissions for UG/PG programs. Engage daily with leads via calls, emails, and online chat Own the end-to-end sales cycle —from inquiry to enrollment. Understand and pitch suitable education programs, matching student aspirations with course offerings. Use a consultative selling approach to guide prospects through decisions for high ticket sizes. Maintain accurate records on CRM and consistently follow up to ensure conversion. Share feedback and improve student engagement and sales strategies. You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have: 6 months to 5 years of B2C or high-ticket inside sales experience . A knack for consultative selling and influencing decision-making. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Target-driven mindset —you thrive on numbers and performance incentives. Experience in CRM systems (e.g., Leadsquared, Salesforce) is a plus.
