Job Title: Telesales Executive Location: Sector 44, Gurgaon Company: Calvin Group About the Role: We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Telesales Executives to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Health & Life Insurance products through inbound and outbound calls. This is a great opportunity for professionals in the insurance sales domain who are eager to accelerate their career with a fast-growing company. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain and promote health and life insurance products. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans. Handle customer inquiries, provide product details, and resolve queries professionally. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain and update customer database accurately. Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential clients. Candidate Requirements: Education: Undergraduate or Graduate (Any Stream) Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in insurance sales / telesales (Health or Life Insurance preferred) Location Preference: Candidates currently in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon Skills: Strong communication and persuasion skills Ability to work in a target-driven environment Basic computer proficiency (CRM usage preferred) Confidence and resilience in handling rejections Salary & Benefits: CTC: ₹3.0 – ₹4.0 LPA (based on experience and performance) Attractive performance incentives On-the-job training and career growth opportunities Fixed work location in Sector 44, Gurgaon Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: Hindi (Required) English (Required) Work Location: In person
