Role Overview: We are looking for energetic and result-driven Tele Sales/ Inside Sales Professionals to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their training needs, and converting leads into successful enrollments. The company will provide hot leads, and your primary focus will be to achieve the expected sales targets set by the management. Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to convert leads into enrollments. • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable training programs. • Follow up with potential customers and nurture leads to closure. • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales using CRM tools. • Work closely with the Sales Manager to meet and exceed sales targets. • Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall experience. What We’re Looking For: • Experience: 6 months to 3 years in Inside Sales, Tele-Sales, or Customer Relationship Management. • Skills: Strong communication, persuasive skills, and a result-oriented mindset. • Qualification: Intermediate/Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline. • Preferred: Experience in the education/training industry is a plus. • Location: Must be willing to work from our office at 2nd Floor, Jushn Restro, N2 Road, Parvdevanpur, Lal Bangla, Kanpur Why Join Us?
