Job Overview EPIV SOLUTIONS is seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team in Pune. This full-time position is ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience. The role involves engaging in customer service activities and contributing to our expanding BPO services. Successful candidates will have strong verbal communication skills and a command of the English language. Qualifications and SkillsStrong command of the English language to effectively communicate with international clients. (Mandatory skill) Excellent verbal communication skills for clear and professional interaction with clients over the phone. (Mandatory skill) Proven skills in cold calling which involves initiating conversations with potential clients to promote the company's services. Customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients and address their inquiries or concerns professionally. Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor. Good listening skills to understand client needs and provide accurate and helpful responses. Capability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve company objectives and meet targets.
