We are hiring a Telecaller for our travel services team to handle customer communication, promote our travel packages, confirm bookings, and most importantly, collect feedback and ratings from customers after service completion. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and basic knowledge of the travel industry. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers for booking confirmations, follow-ups, and feedback collection. Inform potential and existing customers about our travel packages, offers, and services. Collect ratings and reviews from customers post-trip and maintain a feedback database. Resolve basic customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department. Maintain detailed records of calls, feedback, and lead status. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular interaction. Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, lead conversions, and feedback ratings. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum graduate in any stream. Excellent verbal and oral communication in [Languages e.g., English, Hindi, Telugu]. Good listening skills and a polite, professional phone manner. Ability to handle customer objections positively. Basic computer knowledge and comfort with using MS Excel.
