Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience. Utilize design tools like Figma to develop and iterate on design concepts, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and users. Conversion of design tools output (HTML/CSS) into fully functional web applications. Demonstrate expertise in HTML and CSS to build and implement web designs, ensuring responsiveness and accessibility. Create compelling graphics for PowerPoint presentations, websites, and documents to support marketing and development initiatives. Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure design feasibility and provide ongoing support for web projects. Mentor and guide junior designers, promoting best practices in UI/UX design and fostering a collaborative environment. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions, ensuring a user-centered approach. Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design processes and team capabilities. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 8-10 years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work. Experience in Responsive Web Design, Support for Multi-Screen including, Mobile, Tab and Browser Support. Bootstrap experience is highly preferred. Proven experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web applications. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software. Strong skills in HTML and CSS for implementing designs effectively. Ability to create visually appealing graphics and content for various platforms, including PowerPoint and web documents. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality user experiences. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
