Experience: 8 to 10 Years of relevant IT experience (Minimum 4 to 5 years in Data Science, AI/ML) Roles and Responsibilities: Solution Design: Architect, design and implement to solve complex AI/ML solutions that align with business objectives and integrate with existing systems. Also develop and apply supervised and unsupervised learning techniques on large datasets. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor development teams in AI/ML technologies solutions and best practices. Project Management: Manage AI/ML projects from ideation to deployment, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest AI/ML trends and technologies, driving innovation within the organization. Model Optimization: Optimize AI/ML models for performance, scalability, and reliability. Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation for AI/ML solutions, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user manuals. Create appropriate business value centric case studies, based on the actual projects that have been executed. Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members and end-users on AI/ML tools and solutions. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML solution architecture including RAG, LLM solutions, with a proven track record of successful project implementations. Expertise in programming languages such as Python or Java. Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and Python AI libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, Keras, matplotlib, scikit-learn). Strong knowledge of supervised and unsupervised AI learning techniques. Expertise in training and retraining AI models. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their AI/ML services such as Claude, Bedrock, and other solutions such as GPT and NLP. Hands-on experience with creating AI prototypes for specific use cases. Should be well versed in creating solutions in response to customers RFIs/RFPs. Adept in Presentation material preparation and doing client presentations. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Leadership and mentoring abilities. Certifications: Relevant certifications in AI/ML, cloud computing, or solution architecture are a plus. Work Mode: Work from Home (WFH) is available; however, based on client requirements, Candidate may need to work from the office (WFO) in Hyderabad. Time Zone : US Travel: Candidates should be open to international travel if required for client projects.
