About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Technical Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PHP (Laravel), Node.js, and Python, with a strong background in system architecture, microservices, and cloud-native development. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology strategy, mentoring engineering teams, and ensuring the delivery of robust and maintainable solutions. Role & responsibilities Design and architect end-to-end solutions for complex business problems. Lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using PHP (Laravel), Node.js, and Python. Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and DevOps teams to align technical solutions with business goals. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and technical troubleshooting. Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks to enhance development efficiency. Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers. Ensure system reliability, availability, and maintainability through proper design and documentation. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of professional experience in software development. Proven experience architecting and developing applications using: PHP (Laravel Framework) Node.js (Express, NestJS, etc.) Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI, etc.) Front-end experience with CSS and JavaScript (Bootstrap, jQuery, etc) Strong Linux (LAMP) & Windows admin skills for maintaining patches and general security Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Proficiency in database design and optimization (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Familiarity in PCI Compliance and/or HIPAA Level of Security Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
