Responsibilities The Recruitment Administrator is responsible for supporting the recruitment transactional activities across the organization. This includes scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities. Process Job Requisition (Create & Amend Requisition), Liaise with 3rd party for preEmployment Checks, Prepare offer letter and send it to candidate digitally , Liaise with 3rd Party for Pre-employment checks & documentation, Processing of Employee Data/Profile Set up in the HR System, Hire Date Changes & Manage No Shows & Publish reports Deliver results with little supervision, and to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates Candidate management to ensure a positive experience Perform analysis on all recruitment related reports and publish them as per agreed timelines Perform quality checks and ensure that the tasks performed by the associates are as per quality guidelines o Escalate non-transactional, production, issues promptly and according to established protocols o Maintain service level agreements
