Job Title: System Administrator Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Full-Time Department: IT/Operations Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of IT infrastructure. The System Administrator will manage and monitor servers, networks, and other systems to ensure that the organization's technology infrastructure is functioning optimally. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain servers, systems, and networks. Perform system backups. Ensure the security and integrity of systems by applying patches, updates, and monitoring system performance. Manage user accounts and permissions, including access control. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing timely resolutions. Monitor server performance and system health using tools such as [insert monitoring tools]. Maintain system documentation, including setup and configuration guidelines. Collaborate with other teams to ensure that IT infrastructure supports business goals. Implement and manage firewalls, VPNs, and security protocols to ensure a secure environment. Should have Hand on experience in Managing Switches, Routers, LAN, VAN, Wifi Configuration and Printer Troubleshooting. Ensure high availability and reliability of critical business systems and applications. Provide support for system upgrades and migrations. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT role. Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix/Windows Server environments. Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Docker. Hands-on experience with networking, including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing protocols. Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Solid understanding of security principles and best practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong troubleshooting skills with an analytical mindset. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
