Supply Chain Manager

Purple Uniforms is seeking a proactive and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee the complete supply chain process – from procurement to delivery. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in production planning, order management, purchase coordination, vendor handling, and timely delivery execution. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including raw material procurement, inventory, and logistics Plan and monitor daily production schedules and order timelines Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow Oversee purchase planning, raise timely POs, and track order deliveries Ensure accurate and timely supply order processing. Maintain strong vendor relationships and identify cost-saving opportunities Handle dispatch and delivery planning for school and corporate uniform orders Maintain records of all supply orders, production statuses, and delivery schedules Track quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, and transportation costs Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in supply chain or operations management (apparel/manufacturing preferred) Strong organizational and coordination skills Good knowledge of Excel, inventory tools, and ERP/management software Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent communication and vendor negotiation skills
