We are committed to guiding aspirants to success in the UPSC and other competitive exams. Job Responsibilities: Serve as a single point of contact (SPOC) for assigned students. Explain Forum IAS's courses, programs, and offerings clearly and persuasively. Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and conversions in CRM. Resolve queries related to course content, batches, fees, and admissions. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery of services to enrolled students. Ensuring effective utilization of the course in which the student is enrolled. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in tele calling, counseling, or customer service (preferably in the education sector). Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Polite, confident, and result-oriented approach. Basic knowledge of civil services preparation is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is desirable.
