Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Student Counsellor who thrives on conversations, understands student aspirations, and can convert interest into applications. You’ll be working with pre-qualified leads provided by our team , so your focus is on what you do best—building trust and closing! Key Responsibilities Proactively connect with students and parents through calls and messages (no cold calling – we’ll send you the leads!). Clearly explain our study abroad services and guide students through the application journey. Follow up diligently to convert inquiries into successful applications. Collaborate with our operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for every student. Represent the Skyaar brand with integrity, empathy, and professionalism. What We’re Looking For 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, counselling, or student support roles. Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident, friendly approach. Prior experience in the study abroad industry is preferred. Self-driven with the ability to meet and exceed conversion targets. Fluent in English and at least one regional language is a plus.
