Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. HR Operations Management: o Manage the entire employee lifecycle including onboarding, ooarding, promotions, and transfers. o Ensure HR policies and processes are effectively implemented and followed. o Handle employee records, aendance, payroll coordination, and leave management systems. 2. HR Compliance and Legal Requirements: o Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. o Handle statutory reporting, PF, ESIC, and other employee benefits administration. o Coordinate with legal teams for employment-related documentation. 3. Employee Relations & Engagement: o Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures. o Assist in resolving employee grievances and concerns. o Organize and manage employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture. 4. Performance Management: o Support the performance review process, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. o Work closely with department heads to ensure employee evaluations are fair and accurate. o Assist in identifying employee development and training opportunities. 5. HR Data & Analytics: o Maintain HR databases, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. o Generate regular reports on key HR metrics (arition, absenteeism, employee satisfaction, etc.). o Leverage data to recommend improvements in HR processes and employee engagement. 6. Recruitment Support: o Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires. o Assist in the development of job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate selection. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work. High aention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
