Team Leadership: Supervising construction workers, subcontractors, and other on-site staff, and coordinating their activities. Safety Management: Implementing and enforcing safety regulations and procedures, conducting regular safety inspections, and ensuring all personnel comply with safety protocols. Quality Control: Monitoring the progress of construction work, ensuring it adheres to quality standards and building codes, and identifying and addressing any issues. Communication and Collaboration: Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, communicating project updates, and resolving any issues or conflicts. Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of project progress, including work schedules, materials used, costs incurred, and safety reports. Problem Solving: Identifying and addressing potential issues or problems that may arise on site, ensuring the project progresses smoothly. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
