Job Description

Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to design plans and project specifications. Coordinate and schedule trades, subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections. Monitor project timelines and report progress to the Project Manager. Conduct daily site walkthroughs to ensure quality control and safety compliance. Enforce PSR Homes’ safety protocols Resolve site issues and address unexpected delays or challenges effectively. Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, incident reports, and inspection results. Ensure materials and resources are used efficiently and waste is minimized. Act as the primary point of contact between the site and head office/project management. Attend and contribute to project meetings. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
