Job Role: Server Administrator Experience: 5+ Years Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra 5 + years of experience in managing and supporting Windows end points, server administration, configuration, and upgradation. Knowledge of Windows 2003/2008/2012/2016/2019/2022 Servers (Must Have), Server installation, configuration, OS/server administration, patching, maintenance, and troubleshooting experience. Willing to work on multiple platforms. Knowledge in active directory, DNS, DHCP, file server & Virtualization technologies. Experience in O365 application, windows OS, software installation, outlook and server troubleshooting. Experience in datacenter management & Endpoint security management. Ability to handle major incident and troubleshooting in windows domain. Disk Administration: Shrink Partitions & Share Drives, Disk Quotas, DFS, Patch management, troubleshooting skills in OS & Hyper-V related. Hand-on knowledge of various RAID technologies (RAID 0+1, RAID 1, RAID 5, etc.) Knowledge of Clustering (geo cluster, multimode passive/active). Working Knowledge of File and Print servers, Knowledge on server management tools, Log monitoring/maintenance, and Solid understanding of cloud computing, networking, and storage principles Knowledge / Experience in Firewall, Proxy, Anti-spam, VMware, Load Balancer, Understanding and Hands on experience of LAN/WAN, Wireless and Firewall technologies. Must Have knowledge about NAS & SAN, Manage and configure NetBackup/Networker backup solutions, ensuring reliable and efficient backup and recovery operations. Monitor backup jobs and perform regular tests to verify data integrity and recovery capabilities. Troubleshoot backup and recovery issues and implement improvements as needed PowerShell, scripting, and automation experience is a plus.
