The Opportunity: Primary responsibilities will include: Designing and implementing solutions for the area of the application owned by the team Taking ownership of the team s product areas running in production Learning and applying new system design responsibilities Resolving production issues and defects for solutions owned by the team Ensuring proper team and inter-team communication practices Identifying issues with internal team communication practices The Candidate: Required skills/qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant field 7-10 years of relevant experience Strong technical background on Microsoft technologies (C#, ASP.Net) with minimum 3 years in web-based application development Hands-on experience in .NET/.NET Core, MVC, Web API Experience with database systems (SQL Server). Exposure to unit testing frameworks (MS Unit or QUnit/NUnit testing). Exposure to version control systems like Git. Familiarity with agile development tools such as Azure DevOps, or equivalent. Good analytical and problem-solving skills Debugging and troubleshooting skills Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment, comfortable with direct communication with all levels of technical and business resources Fluency in written and spoken English Preferred skills/qualifications: Experience with Azure cloud platforms. Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines.
