The Senior Data Analyst will play a key role in driving data-informed decisions, providing actionable insights, and contributing to the strategic direction of our EdTech initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience in business insights, and a proven ability to manage and mentor a team. https://clinilaunchresearch.in/ Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Insights: Perform complex data analysis using statistical methods and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to user behaviour, learning outcomes, and business performance. Develop and implement methodologies for data collection, validation, and analysis. Translate data findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders across various departments, including product, marketing, and operations. Business Intelligence: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions that address their specific requirements. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor business performance. Proactively identify opportunities to improve business processes and drive growth through data analysis. Contribute to the development of data-driven strategies and initiatives. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster their professional development. Prioritize and assign tasks to team members, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results. Promote a data-driven culture within the organization, advocating for the use of data to inform decision-making. Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the analytics team. Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. 4-6 years of experience in a data analyst role, with a focus on business insights. Proven experience in the EdTech industry is highly preferred. Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Solid understanding of statistical concepts and techniques, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and experimental design. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
