Job Description

Role- Sap Fico Job Description Facilitate the implementation, cutover and support of changes related to the said process area. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders like Business users, technical teams, FAs, BAs of multiple partners. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document Terumo business/user requirements. Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy Terumo business needs. Design, customize, configure and testing of FICO functionalities. Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions. Act as liaison with SME and users for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems. Handle changes or emergency transport as needed for high priority issues. Document functional designs, test cases and results in Tools like JIRA, SOLMAN. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements with proper documentation and impact analysis also work with cross work streams Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support after go live Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
