Job Description

Role & responsibilities Identify, qualify, and develop new business leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations. Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets. Manage sales pipeline and track activities using CRM tools. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business objectives. Provide timely follow-up and post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in sales, preferably in [industry-specific] products or services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships. Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Good understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections effectively. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Willingness to travel and attend client meetings as required.
