Roles and Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research to meet sales targets. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase repeat purchases and referrals. Collaborate with internal teams such as engineering, production, and logistics to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to customers to ensure successful adoption of our industrial products. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in B2B sales or related field (industrial marketing/industrial sales). Strong understanding of machine tools, cutting tools, CNC machines, industrial products/industrialization concepts. Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers.
