Job Title: Sales Counsellor Education Sector Location: Karnal Job Type: Full-time/Part-time Experience: 2+ years (Preferred) Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Counsellor to join our educational institution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and counselling within the education sector, with the ability to guide students and parents in making informed decisions about our educational programs and services. Key Responsibilities: Engage with prospective students and their families to provide information about our educational programs, courses, and services. Offer expert advice and counsel on course selection, admission procedures, and career pathways. Develop and maintain strong relationships with students and parents to ensure high levels of satisfaction and enrollment. Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to address individual needs and concerns. Prepare and deliver presentations on the benefits and features of our programs. Achieve enrollment targets and contribute to the growth of the institution. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities. Stay updated on educational trends, curriculum updates, and market competition. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in sales or counselling within the education sector. Strong understanding of educational programs and career options. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with students and parents. Track record of achieving sales and enrollment targets. Proficiency in using CRM software and educational tools.
